YOur inner voice, everyone has one.....But what do you do with yours?

Do you trust and follow that inner voice? Or do you push it down until you can hear it no more?

What does your inner voice tell you?

Do you listen to that inner voice?

Does following your inner voice feel like an unattainable luxury?

Are you so busy listening to others that you have lost contact with that inner voice?
(have you lost track of yourself?)

Do you know your in there somewhere, but have lost your way?

For many years, I kept journals of 'conversations' with this 'voice'. Layer, the chats were just carried on in my head. In recent years, I've come to accept that this is Self and so the image of talking to something outside myself is difficult. Now I just call it 'looking'; an intuition that happens when I still my mind and pay attention, pulling on threads of awareness that show up.

Exploring the understanding from what is 'heard' and the expansion of awareness resulting from this 'looking' has been by far the most powerful force in my spiritual evolution and has radically changed my life.

Well, I actually feel that my inner voice IS me, and not anything else. I find that it holds all the same views I do, and is never contradictory. It does allow me to take a look at things from multiple angles and point of views, but that's what I trained it to do. So, in a nutshell, I run with it at all times, because it is me... not a separate part of me.

I trust it totally.

It tells me, or rather *nudges* me in directions that always prove fruitful, or important for growth as a person. It feels like an impulse--not so much to do something concrete, but more to move in a certain direction..and it always points towards inner growth...n towards many qualities like wonder, love...etc. n sometimes coincidences happen that are strangely appropriate for the moment! lol

I listen to it, but it's so subtle, n sometimes my noisy mind gets in the way...but this "voice" is more of an impulse than thought, so it's always heard, but sometimes not followed.

I always love your questions!

But my 'inner voice' is telling me not to say to much, so...

You may want to look at a book called "Self Talk". It's mostly about affirmations, but it's worth looking in to.

We will be judge according to our CONSCIENCE.

You cannot force a man to do what is against to his conscience.

I always try to follow my conscience. It is like an inner-POLICE that warns or reprimands when we do something wrong. It is an authority.

The less conscious we are to our conscience, the more police we need to control us.

I've lost it somewhere, caught up in trying to help others. But I'm starting to find it again. As soon as I'm sure I've found it, I'm going to start on a new path.

When I listen...

I "let it in" and "pull it up..

Because I know "the way..."
