to me that means that we need to enjoy life to the fullest because often we don't appreciate what we have until it's gone. appreciate today and what you have and who you are and everything about your life right now, because it could all change in an instant.

I always say, "prepare for the worst, but hope for the best" that way, you aren't let down, but surprised when it works out.
