The surprise. Perhaps the only intrinsically unknowable

subject. To know the surprise is to collapse the surprise

into a predictable state. Surprise is the companion of

curiosity. I couldn't possibly be curious unless there

is a possibility for surprise. Is it any surprise that we

are free; choice being a variable which can shift

the course of events far beyond any possible imagining.

Off the tone - But the biggest surprise that I could have is to find out that "Born again Christians" are right.

I do not like surprises but I like to surprise others. I think that a surprise hightens the moment. If you give a present to someone and they know it is coming, the emotions are there. But make the same thing a surprise, the emotions are stronger.

Surprise is when something unexpected happens and elicits a response that was not planned. I like surprises that makes me happy. I don't like surprises that are horrible.

The philosophy behind a surprise is to effect a change in our routinary activities that sometimes makes life dull and boring.

Surprises like gifts when there is no occasion or celebrations on occasions when one least expects it are refreshing.

Surprises lifts up emotions and makes one happry and more strong, eradicating stress and tension and it makes life colorful.

To wake up where I did not go to sleep, that would surprise me but I love the unknown and discovery although secrets do not seem to be generally very nice when they are non-scientific. I think surprise is another way to provoke stronger emotions such as happiness and/or fear. I can think of better ways to trigger happiness though than surprise.

I do not like surprises at all.

I always want to know what is going to happen beforehand.

I am not spontaneous.

Surprises are mysterious & unexpected. It appeals to some because they don't care for mundane experiences everyday.

I do not usually want to "surprise" anyone, because I am unsure if they will appreciate it or not. Or, what if they had plans already? Or what if they already own that present?

Or, or, what if.....

You see, I can't get into the whole idea of "surprises".

I shall quote from the famous Hindu Epic "Mahabharata". When Yaksha asked Dharmaputra "What is greatest of all wonders?" He answers " Day after day countless creatures die. Yet those who are left behind, believe themselves to be deathless. What can be more wonderful than this". This answer will hold good for your question too.

What a minute. There are GOOD surprises? No body ever told me that.

A good one would be cool.

All mine have been bad. I could live without those.
