Question:
Interview questions for free will?

Hi guys,
I am conducting research on the topic of free will. I am using a qualitative research method (focusing on the individual meaning for the participant) and wondered if anyone had any ideas on good questions to ask. I am definitley going to ask questions like 'Do you feel truly free?' etc and i wondered if anyone had any good ideas for questions other than the more obvious ones. My research method (and how i will analyse my data) is concerned with particpants sense-making of their own lives (as opposed to quantitative research which focuses on objective universal theories). My focus for the research is not to try and determine whether we have free will or not but peoples views and experiences of it which also ties in with issues such as moral responsibility, fate, chance, luck etc.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!! Thanks

Do you ever desire to have "negative freedom" or the freedom not to have to choose? Think of when you and a spouse are together deciding what to do. You want to relinquish the decision. OR in difficult moral issues.

Just ask people, I mean are you looking for people on here to give you ideas or are you wanting to ask us about free will? My idea is that you ask people what their "philosophy" is and take notes.

Well you can't go wrong with God's foreknoweldge and his creatures free will?

It's quiet interesting :)
