Do you think the Apocalypse is really projected, when things do happen, people won't know how to think...about solutions? It would appear, that if I go to you-tube, I can find videos, thousands of them, all on the end of the world, and really none on the elaborate plans, and schemes that are for the future of the world. Those that do exist, that are well written out, have some 1,000 views. With this in mind, it would seem that people are being given information on the destruction of the world more than on the investment into the future. Why do you think this is? And do you think the preparation of the world going down, without having information on what creates human and even global prosperity could be the cause of human beings actually weakening themselves? I am sure the talk of most people is on 2012, and that's where the conversations about the future end, for most. What's up with this?

as for predictions.... it is written "No One May KNOW the Hour"

The Deity has spoken in that we are not going to get any real advance notice,

its just going to happen, and YES a lot of people will be totally "blind-sided" and

that is going to create total pandemonium ... oopS!

A true apocalypse, the complete a final destruction of the world, as could happen at any time via a meteor impact, has no need of thought beyond the event. The projection of what will happen has been very skillfully portrayed in every detail. There will be no need for solutions of any kind, the world will just end for all life except perhaps microscopic forms.

A lesser event than total annihilation of the human race, perhaps a pandemic, cannot be predicted with any accuracy, and therefore cannot be counteracted until it is about to break. The best we can do is keep watch in readiness for the best response when it begins. Lesser events other than an apocalypse may come in many forms, some we may be able to control, some we can't like a severe change of climate, a nearby supernova, or a lesser but even so very destructive meteor impact.

to answer this systematically; no, yes, because the reason for the end is the same for their inability to conceptualize a solution. let me explain.

first i don't think the "end of the world" has been forecast; at least not the time frame of an/the event. all these end of the world prophecies are merely an experiment put in place by some curious, ambitious, and resourceful people. it is a study to see the coping skills of the human race and society, ultimately, to see the breaking point of global civility.

i say yes to the notion that WHEN the end comes there will be a lack of resolve because the cause of the end is actually psychological not astronomical. humans inability to use logic will be their own downfall and the prevention of realizing a solution.

now i have obvious not witnessed the future so there very well maybe a catastrophic event that ends human life on this planet but logically speaking the highest probability is that mans seemingly unchangeable nature will cause its own extinction. i don't mean bombs or technology but rather the inability to genuinely cope with self. the end of man will not be like the movie 2012, deep impact or anything like that but more like "the happening" except without the borderline paranormal trigger. catastrophe is a great plot for movies but not even close to being as dangerous as self abandonment.

I know there is no proof of 2012, but I am tired and weary and ready for it to happen. I would be gutted if the world came to an end and then didn't and we had to continue to suffer. If the world came to an end, and then didn't, I hope I am at Martha Stewart's house. She would probably be the only person prepared to survive.
