Do you believe the eye's "are windows to the soul"?

I don't know if you can tell much about people you don't know too well by looking in their eyes. I saw a picture of Biggie smalls and his eyes knew despair and woe. He also obviously had a history of sadness, so does that correlate with how one's eye's look?

yes they are windows to the soul to an extent they can show if someone is happy or not with there life at the moment not there past though. biggie smalls had gone through bad times even in his star career so that would explain why his eyes were that way.

Honestly i think its a bunch of baloney...its putting a lot of power just to the eyes....many people may seem harsh and mean and look like they are glaring at you when really they might just be shy and dont know how to properly show how they are feeling....eyes can be beautiful but its still a load of baloney

Your soul is your mind, will and emotions. The eyes are in fact the windows to your soul. If you are looking at unmoral things guess what comes out in your mind and will...sin. Sin opens doors for oppression of your emotions and corrupts the mind and keeps your will in bondage to continue sinning.
