its obvious that our origins are lost, we have only theorys.like religion and evolution..for me its more likely that we are colonist dropped off here by our ancestors but have lost contact with them and they have either abandoned our colony or have lost contact themselves..we are only just scratching the surface of space exploration..and our chances of contacting other intelligent life fomrs are slim..with our attitude we would most likely start a conflict anyway..wheather out of fear or greed or an attempt to control rather than be controlled..more and more humans are looking for different answers to our existence..and i believe that even if we found viable answers most would still cling to the beliefs that are traditionally accepted and passed from generation to generations..i for one has always rejected what ive found on my arrival here..the state of our world sociology is chaotic.with wars for various reasons.from ideological differences to control of energy sources to land .

I think the only logical conclusion as to why we lost contact with each other is that we were not colonists. We were criminals and free thinkers and that wasn't tolerated in their society. They abandoned us here thinking we would eventually kill each other off. We are well on our way to that end, and it will probably happen before we even come close to coming up with any real answers about our existence. So don't sweat it, live life to its fullest, live everyday like it's your last, and numerous other cliches that apply.

The first step is the most difficult. We need to find the Manual.

If our ancestors came from somewhere, I'm sure they came with the knowledge of how to contact the people they left behind. Perhaps, concern about loosing this valuable information, they "wrote" it somewhere in save it for the future generations. This was very important for the first generations but as time went by we tended to give relevance to other things, so at the end we just forgot what was really important and what became a myth. A couple of asteroids, several volcanoes and a few erratic civilizations later we lost track of everything and we started standardizing our believes in Religion and Science.

So as you can see, there must be a manual, which hopefully no one has yet find. Perhaps someone already has and s/he wisely shared this information with a very few selected group of people. If that's so, rest assure that this manual has been already used and with positives results because why to make a Manual that will not work? Anyway, it could well be that the contact has been established and today if fully functional, but for our own Peace of mind, this information has been released little by little, every now and then, in a way that make or human nature to Fear more relaxed. And in the process, this selected group are working very hard to keep the balance in this world. Of course, with a profit...but believe me, you would ever like this profit if you know your responsibilities. Anyhow, and finally, it could well be that the contact has been established and we are profiting from this kind gesture that the Manual brought to us. So it that's so...why we just not enjoy.
