The ultimate guilty pleasure would be different for everyone, it depends on what the person desires to do the most of all, and in what way they would fell immensely guilty about it is their own doing. So there is no one ultimate guilty pleasure, you would have to ask each person in the world what theirs would be (and only the ones that understand the question could tell you), then I guess the one with the largest total combined percentage would be it!

I'd have to say giving into your greatest temptation. Something you think is vile but it turns you on anyway. Doing it would give you the guiltiest of pleasure., but probably the strongest endorphin rush. Giving into things is supposed to make you feel pretty good because most humans prefer to submit.

Or in a non-sexual way, maybe eating while you're on a diet. It seems so small, but when you're really craving something and you decide to just go ahead and eat it, boy, does it feel great. Except for all the shame mixed in. Guilty pleasure!

Something that would please me in the most evil and sadistic sense, and yet fill me with revulsive horror that'd make me commit suicide, is to kidnap a young girl, somehow age her body into that of a young woman, rape her painfully and then brutally kill her.

I'd have the most sick twisted fun there is at the time...and then I wouldn't be able to live with myself. I'd go to a pit so dark within myself, I'd visit Hell for R&R.

Or have I misinterpretted the question?

Yawns

well assuming that guilt (as a concept) can be experienced in conjunction with pleasure (as a concept) then of course the answer would have to be.....

innocent pain?
