Why must there be a name? Why not "currency"? Or "curren" or "cur" for short, for those who are lazy and don't like saying a polysyllable word.
Or the coins could be "Cur", and the paper could be "Rency". I need 20 Rencies! Could you exchange a Rency for 100 Curs?
I see no need to alter or make an new word, when one already exists.

but more likely "Visa Credits" as some kind of international standard adding too crazy international currency situation
or after whomever unified the world enough to get some one to agree on it.
the bigger problem would be design, what would it look like, no country wanting to give up three identity, so back to Visa credits
